An aside about Frank Ocean - Channel Orange 1. It's addicting and catchy (And wow, a mainstream album which actually has meaningful lyrics) 2. It is probably the only R+B I will listen to for the rest of my life 3. I think this will win best album of the year easily 4. Listening to Lykke Li's Wounded Rhymes afterwards makes you think how much albums musicians have written specifically on the subject of rich teenagers experiencing unrequited love 5. I didn't know what unrequited love was until I heard this album and had to search up the term. How awkward in a I'm-sure-everyone-knows-what-it-is way (or more like, so-there-is-actually-a-name-for-those-feelings-I've-had-for-the-past-month? way)
