Top Ten Albums of 2010

I know, almost halfway into 2011, that it's a bit late to start listening to 'top ten albums of 2010' but for the list I'm going into a generalized scope. I don't even have a top ten albums list for myself, since I don't have many albums to listen to. But this is some of the albums many people consider to be in their top 10:

The ArchAndroid - Janelle Monrae
Teen Dream - Beach House
Brothers - The Black Keys
The Suburbs - Arcade Fire
The Age of Adz - Sufjan Stevens
Eyelid Movies - Phantogram
InnerSpeaker - Tame Impala
Contra - Vampire Weekend
This is Happening - LCD Soundsystem
Swim - Caribou
High Violet - The National
Halcyon Digest - Deerhunter
Joanna Newsom - Have One on Me
Before Today - Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti
My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy - Kanye West (the penultimate album on the list)

I know there's more than more than 10 up there due to the fact that all I want is a general list of good albums. I really want to know why they are in the top ten. I've already listened to Black Keys and Arcade Fire's albums mid year, other than that I haven't heard any of the other albums. The whole of last week I have listened to The Age of Adz, The ArchAndroid, Eyelid Movies and Teen Dream, and so far I like Team Dream the most. The one album I really want to hear is the Kanye West one (due to the fact he's number one on almost all people's lists), and hopefully I get to that next week.

And for 2011? I know Radiohead's new album (King of Limbs) is definitely one for my top ten albums of 2011, it's something I hadn't expected to come back again and again, but I have, and I haven't got sick of it yet.
