starting with something very relevant
to absolutely downright cheesy
to powerhouse ballads to push through the night
resorting to trashy hits loud enough to wake you up
to too downright emotional for a folio week
to the point where you want to rip your ears and eyes off because your folio looks like crap.

Random Thoughts about Folio
1. Snacks. Need more snacks. I am going to probably have this huge storage of fat I can burn off shivering from cold and stress. I have never snacked more in my life ever.
2. This drawing looks like *expletive*.
3. Really, does it take that long to dress up the drawings to be at least presentable? Like colouring in a wall, that takes 1 hour.
4. Me: Damn I spent 2 days doing (this drawing) and now it looks like I've done nothing.
Someone else: Noooo you done heaps look at mine!!!
5. What is my elevation based on? I have no vague idea what I am doing anymore.
6. (This music) is so good! Now I'm going to buy the album. Now I'm going to listen to the whole catalog on Youtube. Oh now I have no time crap.
7. My ears really hurt. The whole day sitting at the computer listening to music while drawing and all my ears hurt from the earbuds.
8. You can really get seizures from staring at poorly made hatches. I almost fainted looking at my drawings.
9. I'm staying off Facebook. I'm trying. I'm not going to talk to you. I am trying not to complain about my non-existing social life.
10. Staying longer in the shower thinking about the approach to the courtyard.
11. Can't sleep before you enter into a lucid dream involving walking through your building.
12. You feel really depressed all the time. Nothing makes you happy. The mere sight of people make you angry.
13. Green tea, lots of warm green tea. Screw coffee.
14. You drive through the streets to get cardboard and you can't help but try to differentiate where the floors are located and how they are layered under the building skin in all the buildings you see.

Oh yes. Die all-nighter, die.
And seriously, they should really redesign those ugly A4 posters that the department put up a month to folio (I call them foli-lolcats, because of the tendency for said posters to contain cats).

Olbligatory Post on Me vs Folio
I'm not going to even say what I went through. Just look at that pretty horrible face. Then sit back and lean comfortably in your chair, thinking, 'I'm so happy and fortunate that I am not one of those whiny architecture students who stay up all night staring at a computer screen drafting and ending up dizzy, and insomniac. Life is good.'
