Talking About Sleep

I know probably 1/3rds of the youth group that I sometimes go to have an average sleep time of four hours per day. And somehow, that really irritates me.

Ok, so friends. In that bracket between 12 am and 5 am, WHAT DO YOU DO?!?! Chat to your other insomniac friends? Refresh Tumblr endlessly? Youtube a whole TV series? Ugh. Seriously. Go get some sleep, it's good for you! I hate it when you wake up early in the morning, you begrudgingly say to everyone, 'I'm tired', and then you start yelling at people, bitching probably because you haven't had enough sleep, because that's what a lack of sleep does to you, and trust me, I know.

And now I sound like a hypocrite, but I am someone who doesn't avoid sleep purely for recreational purposes. (If you're losing sleep because you're trying to study, that I might be ok with.)

/end rant. There. I need to get it out of my system, that awful judgmental side of me. I promise I won't do it again.
