The only thing worth asking if whether I was good at it. I only got 2 hours to perfect my skill, and I fell down 4 times going down the slope. So I suck. Neither did I get to ride the cable car to try up the top of the hill.
The ski resort seems to be a popular place for a lot of Koreans however (you have to wait a long time indeed to hire equipment. Also, it's quite expensive as expected). You have a choice of snowboarding or skiing, and there are 4 slopes, one for complete noobs, one proper slope for half noobs, another one for the immediate and of course, the steepest ones for the pros.
I only have to say, when you first start skiing you will fall down a lot of times, like ice skating. You also have to learn to fall down the proper way (backwards, on your butt) like ice skating. Skiing however, is nothing like ice skating. Obviously.
